Gaming & Dining Zone at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh
BuildFab Infra Solutions executed the full-scope structural engineering, PEB fabrication, and architectural facade construction for “BOWLIN”—a premium entertainment, bowling alley, and dining destination in Anantapur. The project required a specialized multi-ton clear-span PEB structural framework to eliminate interior columns, creating an unobstructed, open-floor plan necessary for bowling lanes, arcade equipment, and integrated restaurant seating.
The primary structure was manufactured using precision-cut, high-tensile steel members with custom-engineered canopy cantilevers to support the dynamic modern front facade. The exterior envelope features dual-tone turquoise and deep navy insulated color-coated wall panels, large architectural structural glazing for maximum natural light, and integrated signage mounting frameworks.
From subgrade civil foundation works and anchor bolt positioning to precision structural erection and weather-tight roofing, our team maintained strict quality control throughout construction. Delivered on an accelerated schedule with certified site safety practices, this project showcases BuildFab’s versatility in transforming pre-engineered building technology into vibrant, modern commercial and recreational spaces.
