PEB Warehouse at Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh
BuildFab Infra Solutions executed the design, structural fabrication, and field erection of an expansive industrial PEB warehouse facility in Machilipatnam. Designed for heavy logistics and bulk storage, the project features a hybrid structural system combining a lower masonry civil base with a long-span pre-engineered steel superstructure to optimize material durability and thermal performance in a coastal environment
The primary steel framework incorporates high-strength rigid frames fabricated with corrosion-resistant coatings to withstand regional coastal weather conditions. The building envelope is fitted with deep-green profile cladding sheets on the upper elevation, integrated roof monitor turbo ventilators for continuous passive air circulation, and a high-pitched standing-seam Galvalume roof. The facility incorporates dual high-clearance loading bays with cantilevered steel rain canopies and motorized rolling shutters to ensure uninterrupted weather-protected loading and unloading operations.
