PEB Warehouse at Taliparamba, Kerala
BuildFab Infra Solutions executed the complete turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a modern logistics warehouse facility at Taliparamba, Kerala. The project scope encompassed site grading, civil foundation engineering, high-precision shop fabrication of primary structural steel members, and rapid field erection. Utilizing clear-span rigid frames designed for optimal volumetric efficiency, our engineering team delivered a high-durability structure customized to handle heavy forklift traffic and high-bay storage configurations.
Precision-engineered primary rafters and columns were fabricated in-house using high-tensile steel plates, followed by automated submerged arc welding (SAW) and multi-layer protective anti-corrosive coating systems. Pre-painted Galvalume trapezoidal sheeting was deployed for standing-seam roofing and wall cladding to ensure complete weatherproofing and high thermal performance.
From initial anchor bolt layout alignment to final joint sealing and structural load testing, the project was completed strictly within scheduled timelines. Rigorous quality control checks, non-destructive weld testing, and stringent work-at-height safety protocols ensured zero site incidents and seamless client handover.
