PEB Warehouse 2 at Devulacheruvu, Andhra Pradesh
BuildFab Infra Solutions successfully executed the complete civil, structural, and architectural development for a second major industrial warehouse within the same Devulacheruvu logistics cluster. Building on our successful delivery of Phase I, this expansion project required high-capacity clear-span engineering to accommodate specialized material handling equipment and heavy palletized storage systems. Our team managed end-to-end execution from geotechnical preparation to final commissioning.
Primary structural frames were engineered using high-strength tapered steel sections, precision-cut and fabricated under controlled factory conditions before transport to the site. Submerged arc welding (SAW) and ultrasonic flaw testing were conducted across all main structural joints to ensure maximum load-bearing integrity. The building envelope utilizes high-grade Galvalume roof sheets integrated with skylights and continuous ridge ventilators for improved energy efficiency and natural airflow.
On-site execution involved high-precision crane operations for frame alignment, torque-controlled high-strength friction grip (HSFG) bolting, and automated perimeter casting. Delivered with zero safety incidents and within tight time constraints, this second facility stands as a testament to BuildFab’s capability in delivering repeatable, high-quality industrial infrastructure.
